## Doctrine (Tier C)

**NOW:WON** is the **dimensional bridge, access point, and interface** that permits in **3D**:

1. **Truthful inspection** — myth vs measure vs gate; no silent merge of seats; Truth Flags when policy blocks a promise.
2. **Plan of action** — hearth mode, declared head count, Prime law, corrections append-only.
3. **Maximal creation** — **lawful** completion in the physical lane: bootstrap · verify · export · optional muscle **you** attach.

Other “dimensions” here means **inner, mythic, model-space, temporal story, collective narrative** — met **honestly** at the interface, not smuggled in as unexamined fact.

**One line (door copy):**

> **NOW:WON is the 3D interface where other dimensions may be inspected truthfully, planned without coercion, and created without surrendering the only copy.**

**Tier C ≠ warranty.** This does not claim laboratory proof of extra physical dimensions; it claims **operating discipline** for crossing between story, model, law, and action.
