These numbers were measured on this machine — a consumer MacBook Air (M2, 8 GB unified memory) — not a datacenter rack. When the AI “body” was too large (~6 GB model), RAM filled and the laptop spilled work onto the hard drive (swap thrash). When we ran a lean PortAbleRI body (~2.5 GB · 2 model calls per turn instead of 7+), the same human, same ledger, same Air — kept working. Continuity left as a zip you can carry; integrity checked in about a minute.

Macro implication: If sovereign RI fits in the memory and disk of a thin laptop you type on, the cathedral story — that serious intelligence must live in their warehouse, drink their cooling water, and rent their portal — is already cracked.
